Reasons to consult

Pain that lingers deserves a real strategy.

A wrong movement, too much training, or tension that's been building for months: I start by understanding exactly what's happening. Then I explain how I'll approach your pain and what I do at each step, and I adjust based on how you respond to treatment.

  • Back and neck

recurring stiffness, limited movement, tension that won't let go

  • Shoulders and arms

from shoulder to wrist, especially with repeated strain

  • Hips and legs

hip, knee, ankle, or pain that runs down the leg

  • Training-related pain

    gym, martial arts, team sports

Internal health concerns

I also treat internal health concerns with acupuncture. Don't see your reason for consulting? Write to me if you have questions.

“You shouldn't have to guess what's happening. I explain every step, and why I'm taking it.”

I see patients in French, English and Vietnamese. We work efficiently: a clear assessment and direct treatment.

The tools

Three tools, combined to suit your case.

Sometimes one is enough, sometimes I combine them in the same session. I adjust from one visit to the next, based on what your body needs that day.

  • Sterile single-use acupuncture needles

    Needles

The foundation of the treatment, for pain and internal health alike.

    Pain · Internal health

  • Cups used during an acupuncture treatment

    Cupping

Used when an area stays tight or stiff. It can help you regain mobility faster.

    Mainly for pain

  • Gua sha tool used on the tissue

    Gua sha

More direct work on the tissue, to release a specific area.

    Mainly for pain

I also use an electromagnetic lamp and electrostimulation to support the treatment.

About me

My practice is built around circulation.

I've been an acupuncturist since 2018, and I've spent all of it in physiotherapy clinics. Working next to physiotherapists shaped how I practise: assess first, explain what I find, then treat with the goal of getting you back to your activities.

I train too, between the gym and martial arts. I know what it's like to sit out because something hurts, and that's exactly what I want you to avoid.

What to know before you come in.

What should you expect at a first appointment?

We start with an assessment: I ask you questions, watch how you move, and look for where the pain is coming from. Then I explain what I'm seeing and what I'm doing, and we treat in that same session. Wear comfortable clothes.

Does it hurt?

The needles are very fine. Most people feel pressure, warmth or a slight tingling, not real pain. If anything is uncomfortable, tell me and I'll adjust.

Can I train after a session?

Often yes, but it depends on what we worked on. I'll tell you at the end of the session: sometimes I recommend easing off that day and picking it back up the next day.
